First: Start of Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. The buyer must provide the original invoice if there is any dispute over the purchase date.

Second: Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not be valid in the following cases:

  • Failure to handle the product with care or in the correct manner (defects resulting from sharp objects, bending, pressure, dropping, breaking, cracking, etc.).
  • Damage due to misuse, such as (Neglect, overloading, not following the instructions in the product manual, or not following correct storage guidelines).
  • If the product is opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized agent, or if unauthorized parts are used.
  • If the serial number of the device is damaged or altered, intentionally or unintentionally.
  • Malfunctions caused by electrical issues, such as (Power surges or drops, or Incorrect connections or using an unstable power source).

Third: Warranty Terms
  • The warranty covers repairs, not product replacements.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product using a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.
  • The company’s service center can open the product to repair it without needing approval from the customer.
  • Products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced with a similar or equivalent product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • The company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or accidental damage.
  • The company has the right to keep any parts replaced during the warranty period.

Warranty Duration
  • The warranty covers products purchased from Hamsa Tech for a specified period, starting from the purchase date.
  • The warranty period varies for each product and is mentioned on the product page on the website (e.g., "Warranty: 1 year").
  • Some products may not be covered by a warranty if no period is mentioned on the product page.
