Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- All orders are subject to delivery charges, though we may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Local Orders (within Egypt): 2-7 business days. During peak periods, such as the holiday season, order processing may take longer than usual. If there are delays, we will inform the customer promptly via email or phone.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events or delays from shipping companies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or phone notification with your shipment's status. If you are signed in, you can also visit the "Orders" page in your account to view your shipment's status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage via email at support@hamsatech-eg.com, call us at (+20) 01099363014, or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of the website (for English) or the bottom left corner (for Arabic). We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
If your shipment is lost during transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
