Return and Refund Policy

At Hamsa Tech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Return
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Products that have been used or are incomplete will not be accepted for return.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice, order number, etc.).
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that do not meet the site’s specifications and policy.

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@hamsatech-eg.com or call us at (+20) 01099363014. Provide your order number and reason for the return, or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of the website (for English) or the bottom left corner (for Arabic).

2. Return Shipping:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).
  • You can return the products yourself to any of the Hamsa Tech branches listed on our Contact Us page, or you can contact us to arrange for the return shipping through one of the following options.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Hamsa Tech is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.
  • If you're unsure of which shipping company to use, we can arrange for the contracted shipping company to collect the order from you.

3. Refund Methods:

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund using one of the following methods:

3.1 For Cash on Delivery Payments:
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be issued directly to your bank account. You will need to provide us with your bank account details, such as the bank name, account number, and IBAN (if applicable). Note that this process may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
  • Fawry: We can refund you via Fawry. You will need to visit any nearby Fawry Branch or Kiosk with a Fawry label. Inform the agent that you will receive money through a phone number provided by our customer service, and they will process the transaction and provide the refund in cash.
  • Instapay: Refunds can be processed through Instapay. You will need to provide us with a phone number linked to Instapay for the transaction to be completed. If you don’t have an Instapay account, the refund will not be processed through this method.
  • Vodafone Cash: Refunds can be issued via Vodafone Cash if you have an active account. You will need to provide us with your Vodafone Cash number for the refund.
  • Refund Voucher: Alternatively, we can issue a refund voucher for future purchases on Hamsa Tech. This voucher can be redeemed on any future order, and it will have no expiration date.

3.2 For Credit Card Payments:

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. If there are any issues processing the refund, we will contact you for an alternative refund method.

Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 7-15 business days from the day the returned item is received. You will be notified via email or phone once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage at support@hamsatech-eg.com or call us at (+20) 01099363014 or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of the website (for English) or the bottom left corner (for Arabic). We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
